Organizational justice research: A review, synthesis, and research agenda

We conducted a general, semi-systematic literature review on organizational justice. Based this review, we first explored the various ways in which justice was conceptualized. Second, explained importance of by reviewing and synthesizing theoretical frameworks research studies that analyzed effects employee outcomes. Subsequently, shifted focus from individual to team level climate peer research. To expand prior stimulate future research, presented several avenues for such as cultural sensitivity justice, diverse work environments, conflict, changing nature also created foundation integration with workplace diversity dissimilarity, values, relationships coworkers, work.
